Cherry Pop

This is the third time that I have come across an article about the benefits of green tea in the last two days, so there must be something in it!

I knew that it was supposed to be very good for you but I didn’t know that it could be used in the battle against spots. ‘Green Tea – Fight Those Pimples One Cup at a Time’ is a brilliant post because it explains exactly how it all works. More importantly still, it explains it in terms that anyone can understand.

So, if you suffer from pimples don’t put spot cream on… put the kettle on!
